November is no picnic for turkeys - Thanksgiving feasts alone probably wipe out nearly half their population!

So, this year, I’m on a mission to help the humble turkey – by disguising it!

Here are a few ideas of ways to use this turkey disguise craft:

• Cutting and pasting to improve scissor and cutting skills
• Coloring activity to develop fine motor skills
• Experience with different coloring media – pull out the water colors, crayons, markers, daubers, and more for coloring these fun disguises!
• Encouraging creativity – letting kids see something very recognizable as something different (a turkey in disguise!) encourages them to think differently about what they see. Take it a step further by mixing and matching disguises to create a unique, creative disguise!
